THE FIRST ANNUAL OVERLOOK VILLAGE CELEBRATION 

ON NORTH KILLINGSWORTH ST. 

HAPPENS AUGUST 1ST 

Fun neighborhood celebration and festivities abound. Overlook 

Village Business Association is proud to present an opportunity 

to meet and mingle with folks in the Overlook Neighborhood on N. 

Killingsworth St. This event features live music, artists and 

more. 

The 1st Annual Overlook Village Celebration lets the individuality 

of our community and our excitement to share its shine. 

Artists, craftspeople & non-profit organizations will be lining 

the sidewalks from Denver St. to Omaha St. Merchants along 

Killingsworth will be participating, some with food and drink 

specials and many will be open until evening hours. 

Events for August 1st include; 

Beaterville Cafe: 2201 N. Killingsworth St., celebrating 15 year 

anniversary. “Bring your Wheels” car & bike show and live music 

10:00am-6:00pm. Pet costume contest-2:30.  

Killingsworth & Denver:Fresh produce with farmer’s market 

goodies. 

Omaha to Denver:Over 40 artists and talented crafts people will 

be showing their works.

Overlook Veterinary Hospital : 2009 N. Killingsworth St., Pixie 

Project and Animal Care and Rescue Fund will be showcased from 

10:00. Adoptable cats will be featured! 

Overlook neighborhood encourages you to explore the charm of our old 

businesses and new, and enjoy the music, art and fun abound in our 

little village. Between Greeley and Interstate on N. Killingsworth St 

West of I-5.
